shipping & taxes
All US orders ship via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges will be added to your order during PayPal checkout:
- order value under $50.00: $5.00 shipping charge added
- order value $50.00 or more: free 2-day priority shipping
Orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York will be charged NY sales tax of 8.25%.
international (non-US) orders
Shipping of international orders may take longer. Additional shipping fees may be required to cover the costs of shipping certain international orders. Folium Natural Gifts will contact the international buyers via e-mail to notify them of the status of their orders and advise them of any additional shipping fees that will be required. You may contact Folium Natural Gifts in advance of placing an order, and we will calculate the exact shipping charges for your order.
returns & exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase at Folium Natural Gifts. We will be happy to exchange or refund your order, less shipping costs, if you send us the unused items in resalable condition, along with the packing slip, within 30 days after you received your purchase. You will be required to pay all shipping costs.
